Congratulations to two of our amazing undergraduate AL majors, Kobe Ashley & Sarah Pinard for winning second place (Poster Presentations) in Fine Arts and Humanities at the recently concluded Georgia State Undergraduate Research Conference (GSURC), with Dr. Stephanie Lindemann as their faculty advisor.
Analynn Bustamante, a current PhD student in the Department of Applied Linguistics and ESL, has been awarded a research grant by the TOEFL Committee of Examiners for her study entitled “Middle School Teachers’ Language Assessment Literacy.”
Katia Monteiro, a current PhD student in the Department of Applied Linguistics and ESL receives a “TOEFL Small Grants for Doctoral Research in Second or Foreign Language Assessment.”
