Yeon Joo Jung was awarded a Doctoral Dissertation Grant by the International Research Foundation for English Language Education (TIRF) for her work on “The role of socially-mediated alignment in the development of second language grammar and vocabulary: Comparing face-to-face and synchronous mobile-mediated communication”
Yu Kyoung Shin won a dissertation grant from the National Federation of Modern Language Teachers Association for her dissertation entitled ““L1 and L2 first-year university students’ academic writing: A lexical-bundle-based approach”
